Hi there, I never got the refund notification on my phone for this order. I noticed that amazon automatically authorized a returnless refund and my return settings are NOT set up to do so. I would like to please get the credit back for the textbook. I was hoping to send a shipping label to obtain the textbook back from the buyer. I am short that amount and do not have to the textbook either to resell it. I am short $11.61 Thank you for your time and please contact me, Maria
