Question on Cancellation

Hello, I would like more information on a recent cancellation.  I check my account daily and didn\’t see an order that was made at any given time nor was notified.  I am wondering if there is anything I can do to improve my business on my end of things.  Also, are there any listings pending as to what I need to do to complete the listing? Thank you
