Question about why my account has been deactivated

I received an email saying my account is related to an account that may not be used to sell on their site, I have sent numerous requests in for an explanation but all I get is an email saying they need more information, I don’t have any information to give because  I don’t have another active account . I need to speak to someone who can explain to me what I can to to rectify this problem. Please call me @ 941-713-7587
