Hi, my buyer requested a return of an item that is already shipped and in transit. The item has not been received yet. Also, this was a very large expensive item that cost more to ship than the buyer paid. I paid over $100 to ship I think and the buyer only paid about $50. Can I withhold a restocking fee to cover my shipping cost? Also, how do I return the package to sender so it is never delivered? 113-3440971-1583422 is my order ID.
