I want to reactivate my account, it was locked by a mistake. That because I used the same device to create two seller accounts with the same information. The first one was wrong so I couldn\’t pass the Step 1, then I created a new account and it\’s been locked because of the reason beneath for 4 months. I\’ve asked you guys for help since then but there no respond. My account\’s still locked but my money was charged. Hope you guys will solve this as soon as possible so I can sell things on this account.
