Hi there, I have been amazon buyer since long time now and two days back, the amount of $116 was deducted from my account with the description of “amazon seller replay”. I do not have Amazon seller account and did not authorise this transaction at all. In fact, i tried to login as if i had an seller account but the login page did not recognise my credentials. i have taken the screen shots if you need to verify. I need an explanation how did this transaction got approved in the first place without any authorisation. I would like to be in contact in someone about this and will need the money back into my account ASAP, if you can please contact me via [email protected] that ll be great otherwise i will be forced to take legal action.
