Now I don’t know if you guys have logged into your amazon seller central account lately, but there is a very big change that just happened with Amazon reviews. And what’s even more strange is that it rolled out without any fanfare and without notification as far as I could tell, but digging around and not been able to find anything that Amazon published in regards to this, but this is something you guys can start doing today. And that’s going to absolutely change the game when it comes to your Amazon business and getting those exxential Amazon reviews.
Now, it is a way to get Amazon reviews, completely legit 100% within Amazon’s terms of services, and the best part about it is that Amazon is providing this functionality for you. Now how you can get to this. There were some course that some accounts we’re seeing it and some don’t. So if you don’t have it yet, don’t worry, it’s probably just not rolled out to your account yet. It may be soon.
So what you need to do is just load up your seller central dashboard, and then you click on hover over orders and then manage orders. And you’ll get a big list of orders in your manage order screen. Now from there, what you want to do is you want to make sure that you have the last 30 days selected, and then on the top right there you can see if you do seller fulfilled orders. You can that’s what it will show but if you don’t on the right there, it’ll save you FBA orders, you can click on that.
Now what you can go is depending on how many orders you have, we have quite a few. So we would click on the last page of results. And then click into the order number. So there’s a link, you’ll see. You know, when the order it’ll say on the left side, like this example I’m looking at now says a month ago, then there’s a hot link with the order number and then the product and then it’ll say payment complete Things like that, you just click on that order number. And once you click on that order number, it’ll bring you into the order screen.
Now on the top right, you’ll see a new button that says request review. Go ahead and click on that. And when you click on that, it’s going to give you another little page that says, Let me tell you what it says here. It’s to the effect of you know, hey, do you want to send a request for product and seller feedback? Which is interesting and they’re going to ask for bells so it says
“request review we don’t require you to request reviews because our system already did that at no cost you however you if you prefer to request review for this order, please use this feature instead of asking the customer via email or buyer seller messaging. We will send the customer email requesting product and seller reviews for this order. We automatically translate review request to the customers preferred language. Are you sure you want to request a review for this order?” And you click on yes.
What’s interesting once again is we send the customer an email requesting product and seller reviews for this order you go ahead and click yes and and then it sends out an email to that customer who ordered that product.
And unfortunately, I have not seen one of these yet coming to my Amazon shoppers account so if I do I will take a screenshot and post that for you in the Amazon FBA Titans group. So you guys can check that out.
