My seller account

Case ID 7233144661 Please Note: I am receiving orders from my seller account that for the first time in over 8 years, I cannot log into. Here is an order received just today from my seller Account that I am unable to fulfill because your last team member could not find the account even though we have been sellers for over 8+ years.

07/31/2020 My name is Theresa Demarest and I am the Member Manager of Joshua Records, LLC and filmmaker for the film titled: Keiko The Untold Story of the Star of Free Willy.We have been sellers in good standing on the Amazon Seller Central platform for over the last 8+ years. My Amazon Seller Central Account was either inadvertantly deactivated and possibly accidently terminated sometime after 7/10/2020.When trying to change the password Amazon says there is no such seller account.  We are not sure why or how this happened Please assist me in getting it reinstated.  I have tried too many times trying to reach the correct team on your end in order to get access to our account.  We receive the same form response over and over suggesting that we log into our account which we would be happy to do.However the reason we are contacting you is that we are unable for reasons unknown to us to log into the account. Password reset has not worked.
