Please review the copied narrative from my cases opened since May 6, 2020. Please call me regarding these issues.
As you can see… this has been going on since May 6, 2020. There was once a draft created that could not be edited. Nothing would save. It is almost as if the function of Adding a Product has the Covid-19 virus. I have received the same automated message for 2.5 months with no conclusion to the issue. Please advise so I can get the book bundle into the catalog to be sold on AMAZON.

I have tried this once again without success.

I have reviewed the error screenshots you have provided. For the first, the message in the green bar is not an error but a notification that shows on all product detail pages about Amazon’s policy of combining product details for the same product from multiple sellers, if applicable. The red exclamation point next to Vital Info simply means that there is field on that tab that is blank or has incorrect information and needs to be filled out or changed before the listing is saved. That is also why you were seeing a greyed-out Save button in the second screenshot.
The fourth error is related to a mismatch between the ISBN you are trying to list and the product, which may be due to the fact that the ISBN provided is for a bundle of two existing ISBNs. Amazon’s Product Detail Page Rules prohibits using a single listing page for any media products (Books, Music, Videos, and DVDs) to advertise more than one product unless it is a set of products grouped together by a manufacturer and sold as a set with a unique UPC/EAN/ISBN.

Hello Amazon,
I tried to capture the screenshot issues as they occur. Today I got a new error message as seen in the third screen shot. Usually, for over 4 months now, I have gotten the error message in the 4th screenshot image.
I sent the last 2 images as that documentation had been requested before in other communications with Amazon to get this matter resolved.
I do appreciate the help and would be happy to answer any questions to help resolve this issue.

Thanks for the same response I have received since May 6, 2020.
If indeed the ISBN 9781728346687, Product: PIPS PROFITS & POWER FOREX 2-Book BUNDLE Pack is indeed valid, Why can’t I create a new product with this ISBN? The form can be filled out but then goes to grey and will not let me finish,
PLEASE HELP me get this product added to the catalog.
I have received the same auto message for the last 3 months.

The following email is in response to using a UPC. We are not using a UPC. We are using the ISBN 9781728346687 which for the 8th time has been identified as a valid ISBN by both my publisher Author House and by Amazon.
This is to be attached to the following new product:
PIPS PROFITS & POWER FOREX 2-Book BUNDLE Pack.
I have had the same issue since May 6. I am unable to add my product and continue to get a greyed out box and an error message.
Please review the entire case log and the following documentation, proving that the ISBN 9781728346687 does indeed belong to me.
Please provide me with any additional information I need to add this as a product in the catalog.
Please Advise.

I see that the UPC you used is restricted. Restricted UPCs are considered invalid.
Some GTIN, EAN, and UPC ranges do not have a registered owner and anyone is free to use them for internal purposes.
Unregistered product identifiers do not qualify as unique product identifiers and cannot be used on Amazon. Any 12-digit UPC starting with 2, 4, or 5 is considered invalid.
Examples of invalid UPCs: 201654785422, 401654785426, 501654785423
