please help me to reopen seller account. associated with email [email protected]
That’s the message i got:
“This email address is associated with a deactivated seller account. Please contact
[email protected] to request reactivation of your account.”

i emiled you to help me.
“We could not find a Seller Central account associated with this email address. For security reasons, we do not release account information to an email address other than the one registered to the account. Please write to us from the email address registered to your Seller Central account so that we may better assist you.”

SO IS IT associated or not?
i’m stuck – the system doesn’t let me do either or.
just for info: this is is my buyer registered Amazon email as well – completely active
please help!
